Thought I'd start this thread because it's something that we really need to concentrate on if possible to do so. Jack wrote last night on what things he saw of BTK. I have been researching on College Hill Park and Old Manor. These are the things that Jack wrote, and what I found. I also understand remote viewing and Jack does this and he does it quite well, these are the things that he wrote and that he sees:
Large house on a hill? Red brick, trees, Ash? Watch from the window. 67214. Home is the Old Manor. Glasses, walks with crooked arm, 5'9", greying hair. Walks with determination, jaw set. teeth clenched. He is waiting for Ken. Outside the box. He thinks outside of the box. Eagle. Likes the river, watch it flow. He is against society people and wants to shame WPD. He has a problem with what he considers to be those that are Wichita. Statue and cemetary means a lot to him. T means something else too. Double meanings to clues. One controls, other acts. One dark, one light. Stir the pot, false evidence. Oaklawn, Armstrong, water, garage apartment out of the box.
Green park, water, statue. West , finds them in the parks. Stalks them. Drives to comfort zone , has garage apartment inside the circle, lives outside. South of town. Knows red headed woman, keep it moving. Likes the coffee. Ordinary guy, black and white checkered coat, 357 magnum, two murder kits, one brown breifcase, other black leather type satchel. brown loafers soft soles. Polaroid camera, 8mm film camera, cord and knife. Brown hair greying and thinning. LE has talked to him and cleared him.
Garage apartment with workshop below, apartment above, cinderblock. Suspect in other murder out of state. Camping equipment, 30:06 rifle, tent, canoe. Winston. Truck 1987. Field glasses. Watches the parks to find the victims. Stomach hurts. White gold ring left hand. Tatoo right arm B T K. He wants to kill again.
Look for male deaths as well and other female deaths recently. The last one will be the most important to him, it will be his ultimate message. Steeple, white trim, pointed above tree tops. bottom of hill. Winding road. Red brick. Blue shirt, patch. Gold color. Checks all parks, sits on the bench, friendly.
Buy the child candy. Show if needed, badge is for trouble, for control. Voice to control, gun to control. Someone close suspects him, does not like Ken. Ken knows BTK. Planted evidence by BTK proves it is not him. Ultimate game. County, State, City, revenge. Hand wash the clothes. No remorse. Green tree in the dead trees. Armstrong. Eagle. Peptic ulsers!

[glow=red,2,300]Remote Viewing[/glow] Remote viewing (RV) is a skill by which a person (a "viewer") can perceive objects, persons, or events at a location removed from him or her by either space or time. In other words, one does not actually have to be there, nor does one need any so-called "physical" connections, such as television, telephone, etc., to gain information about the target. RV exploits and improves upon what is more commonly called "psychic" ability (an overused word that has accrued unfortunate connotations), and works whether the target is in the next room or on the other side of the planet. Neither time nor any known type of shielding can prevent a properly-trained remote viewer from gaining access to the desired target. www.technicalremoteviewing.com/[glow=red,2,300]Remote Viewing as an Applied Military Intelligence Tool[/glow] The refinement and development of the process did not end in the laboratory. In the Defense Intelligence Agency's unit, these remote viewing procedures were tested against top secret and distant targets often involving life or death situations - a motivating factor which simply does not exist in the laboratory research environment. The work these viewers produced had to be accurate and they used it to save lives, find hostages and solve complex problems involving the security of the United States. This resulted in improvements in the techniques and training regimen and brought great strides in perfecting the accuracy of the skill. It was now a highly accurate military intelligence collection and problem solving tool, applied by highly disciplined military intelligence officers. One of the training officers of the remote viewing unit formed a private corporation, in 1989, and the former presiding (Intelligence Security Command) sat on the board of directors, to help usher this technology out of the confines of secrecy and into the private sector. That company is PSI TECH. How does TRV work? First, a target cue or name is formulated and assigned a set of eight random numbers, which serve to keep the process blind and act as a label for administrative purposes. The viewer only receives these numbers and then follows the stages of TRV structure, in order, working for usually forty five minutes in a single session. In the end, the viewer working alone or in concert with a team, almost always has an extremely accurate description of the target, including sketches and often the solution to a problem.

[glow=red,2,300]STAR GATE--Controlled Remote Viewing[/glow] STAR GATE was one of a number of "remote viewing programs" conducted under a variety of code names, including SUN STREAK, GRILL FRAME, and CENTER LANE by DIA and INSCOM, and SCANATE by CIA. These efforts were initiated to assess foreign programs in the field; contract for basic research into the the phenomenon; and to evaluate controlled remote viewing as an intelligence tool.
The program consisted of two separate activities. An operational unit employed remote viewers to train and perform remote viewing intelligence-gathering. The research program was maintained separately from the operational unit.
This effort was initiated in response to CIA concerns about reported Soviets investigations of psychic phenomena. Between 1969 and 1971, US intelligence sources concluded that the Soviet Union was engaged in "psychotronic" research. By 1970, it was suggested that the Soviets were spending approximately 60 million rubles per year on it, and over 300 million by 1975. The money and personnel devoted to Soviet psychotronics suggested that they had achieved breakthroughs, even though the matter was considered speculative, controversial and "fringy."
The initial research program, called SCANATE [scan by coordinate] was funded by CIA beginning in 1970. Remote viewing research began in 1972 at the Stanford Research Institute [SRI] in Menlo Park, CA. This work was conducted by Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff, (also see: DR HAL PUTHOFF: From SRI to ZPE ), once with the NSA and at the time a Scientologist. The effort initially focused on a few "gifted individuals" such as New York artist Ingo Swann, an OT Level VII Scientologist. Many of the SRI "empaths" were from the Church of Scientology. Individuals who appeared to showed potential were trained and taught to use talents for "psychic warfare." The minimum accuracy needed by the clients was said to be 65%, and proponents claim that in the later stages of the training effort, this accuracy level was "often consistently exceeded."

How Jack discribes what he does
I review the case and all details, I work on theories and put myself in my mind's eye in the position of the killer(s) and the victims and the witnesses. I form theories from this and the 'feelings' that I recieve from the psychic and negative energies. This takes a psychic connection to both the murderer and victims to relive certain moments of the crime and their behavior before and after.
I am called a psychic by some, a profiler by others and most of the posters here think of me as creepy or a flake. I think of myself as someone that feels things and tries to help.
I have worked for and with LE and certain government offices in the past.
My perception rate is 75% and on the flash cards my rate is one in less the two with average for normal person at one in eight. I performed on my first test at 1 in 36,000 random chance of correct guessing and the second test was at 1 in 42,000 chance with the combination of the two tests the final results were one in 2.7 million. Yes, I have been tested. I am not always right and it is like a puzzle that has to be fit together. Sometimes it does not work but that just proves the naysayers. When it works everyone freaks out.
