Bradley, 16, of Spring Valley was reported missing, officially, on the night of Jan. 24 but was last seen sometime that morning, according to some reports. On Friday night, Feb. 2, investigators requested that any area resident who had been in the vicinity of the Casey's General Store and/or Shell station along U.S. 6 west in Spring Valley between 1 and 7 a.m. Jan. 24, to please call the Spring Valley police or Putnam County Sheriff's offices. Bradley, 16, of Spring Valley went missing and when her body was found Jan. 27 along a gravel road, 850 North Road in Granville Township, in Putnam County, not far from the La Salle County line. Police seek specific information in Diamond Bradley murderInvestigators released a cause of death in the murder of Diamond Bradley and also are requesting information from anyone who may have been near two Spring Valley businesses during a six-hour period Jan. 24. “We also ask that if anyone was in the area of Casey’s General Store or Shell station in Spring Valley on Jan. 24 between the hours of 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. to contact the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office or the Spring Valley Police Department. These individuals may have seen Diamond in that area,” a press release from the sheriff’s department read. Bradley was reported missing the night of Jan. 24.
