HIGHLAND SPRINGS, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico School spokesman Andy Jenks confirmed a gun was discovered at Highland Springs High School around 11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Henrico Police spokeswoman Lt. Linda Toney said a Henrico Police School Resource Officer found the handgun near a dumpster on school property.
Police are interviewing students and at this time no charges have been placed, Toney said.
