Well with the news just out today that yet another child had problems at school, this time bringing in a paper gun that her grandfather made and being made to feel the effects of this new bullshit gun debate world that we now live in, I'M PISSED!!
This child has just learned what a cruel world she lives in. Is this the kind of world we want our children to see? When adults can't rationally make decisions and then begin to put the cruel world atop the shoulders of their youth, there is a HUGE problem afoot.
STOP THE fuckING MADNESS PEOPLE!!
If someone has a gun and they have it legally, there is nothing that says that person won't go postal one day and shoot people. This shouldn't have anything to do with whether a gun is semi automatic or otherwise. ONE BULLET KILLS!!Attachments:

I'm going to begin listing the amount of law abiding, legally gun registered citizens who are using their guns to kill. ANYONE can go postal, it happens every single day. AND CHILDREN ARE KILLED!!Authorities told disputes before Dallas Augustine murder-suicide included affairAuthorities say the daughter of a murdered Nevada official had an affair several months before fatally shooting the woman she was married to and then turning the gun on herself at their Phoenix home. A police report released Tuesday concluded that Dallas Kristin Augustine, 32, had killed Jessie McCaskill, 50, and then fatally shot herself. Augustine was the daughter of Republican former Nevada Controller Kathy Augustine, who died in 2006. Augustine’s stepfather, Chaz Higgs, was later convicted of murdering Kathy Augustine by injecting her with a paralytic drug. Officers who were called Aug. 27 to perform a welfare check at the home shared by Augustine and McCaskill discovered their bodies near the front door, with a handgun between them. There were no signs of a struggle, except for a broken plate. www.rgj.com/viewart/20130122/NEWS01/301220050/Authorities-told-disputes-before-Dallas-Augustine-murder-suicide-included-affair

It happened outside the front door of Kristi Suckla's parents' house in the 3000 block of Creekview Drive late Saturday. The 44-year-old moved there with her teenaged son and daughter. Grapevine police say husband Kelly Suckla, 43, came over to the house Saturday night for their 16-year-old daughter's birthday. An argument broke out. Investigators said shots broke out. Suckla shot and killed his estranged wife with a handgun, then himself. The children and grandparents were inside the home and were not physically hurt. www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Estranged-Husband-Kills-Wife-Self-outside-In-laws-House-in-Grapevine-187664701.html

KC grandmother cares for three boys after murder-suicideThree young Kansas City, Kan., boys who saw their father shoot their mother before killing himself are being cared for by their grandmother, who vows to keep them together despite the emotional and financial struggles she has faced since the deaths. Bridget Mitchell, 40, said she’s so busy adjusting to life with her grandsons — ages 2, 3 and 4 — that she hasn’t had much time to grieve for her 24-year-old daughter, Alyshia Alexander, The Kansas City Star reported. On March 13, 2012, Alexander drove to the home of her estranged husband’s mother in Kansas City so the boys could visit their father, Jedidiah Alexander. When he got into the family’s car and shot Alyshia before shooting himself, the boys cowered in the back seat and covered their ears to muffle the sound of gunshots. cjonline.com/news/2013-01-19/kc-grandmother-cares-three-boys-after-murder-suicide

Tampa police dispatcher victim of apparent murder-suicideFor more than three years, Deanna Mendoza dealt with a stream of stressful calls as a dispatcher for the Tampa Police Department. On Thursday, another dispatcher took a 911 call. The dispatcher didn’t know it at the time, but the call involved Mendoza. The sheriff’s office said Mendoza was confronted by her armed, estranged husband outside his mother’s home, 8361 Galewood Circle in Tampa. A neighbor heard gunshots at about 9 a.m. and ran to the driveway to find Mendoza slumped over in the front seat and her husband, Pedro Mendoza, slumped over in the back seat of her Hyundai Sonata, said Cristal Bermudez Nuñez, a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s spokeswoman. Neighborsshocked over Bay County murder-suicide MONITOR TOWNSHIP -- A Bay County man and his girlfriend are dead in what police are calling, a murder-suicide. Police found a weapon and suicide note at the crime scene. "I guess I was shocked,” says Sandy Betzold. “I still don’t believe it.” Neighbors is Monitor Township say they can't believe what happened in this home Wednesday night. I can't believe it was a murder-suicide,” says Mickey Gowen. The Bay County sheriff says Robert Burt, 52, shot and killed his girlfriend, Michelle Pischel, 48, before turning the gun on himself. “I can't believe he did whatever they're saying he did," says Betzold. Boone's Corner Store---next door to the crime scene---is closed. Burt was the manager of the shop owned by his mother. It seems everyone here knew him. “Oh yea, I had his cell phone number in case anything went on. You know, so I could call him and let him know,” says Betzold. “He was just a nice guy, you would've thought I knew the guy for years,” say Gowen. He always took time to talk to you. I would sit there and talk to him about the neighborhood,” she adds. But something went terribly wrong at 1018 Midland Road Wednesday night. Police are still unsure of what led to the murder-suicide. Michelle Pischel's son found the two bodies. “i'm still in shock, i can't believe he would murder his wife--or his girlfriend and then himself,” says Gowen. Murder-suicide in Rouzerville stuns communityThe community is still stunned, more than a day after a murder-suicide involving a Rouzerville couple who were always willing to lend a helping hand. “We’re hurting very badly,” Mike Christopher, Washington Township manager, said Tuesday. At the time of her death, Cathy Fleagle was a secretary and office manager for the township police department. John Fleagle was a former township police officer. Around 5 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a shooting at 13878 Mar Penn Road where John Fleagle, 50, shot and killed his wife Cathy, 45, with a handgun in a lower level apartment. Cathy’s 18-year-old son, Mitchell Robinson, who called 911 during the incident, was shot in the arm before John turned the gun on himself. “We’re absolutely heartbroken and devastated by this news,” said Christopher. “We’re just trying to take this one day at a time.” Community involvement Due to the Fleagles’ affiliation with the Washington Township Police Department, the investigation was turned over Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg. John Fleagle was hired as a part-time police officer in Washington Township in 1993 and became full-time in 1995. He resigned in 1999. More recently, he was a police officer for the Borough of Waynesboro for an 11-month time period in 2008-09, said Lloyd Hamberger, borough manager. Cathy Fleagle had been with the township police department since 1994. www.therecordherald.com/article/20130124/NEWS/130129913?refresh=true

Murder-suicide stuns family of SLU gradMADISON, Wis. • Jennifer Boyce and Bernard Grosso were to have been in court on Friday to officially end their marriage. Instead, their lives ended before they ever got to the courthouse as a result of what Madison police categorized as a domestic-related murder-suicide. Police discovered the body of Boyce, 31, a former St. Louisan, Thursday morning at her apartment in Madison. That led police to look at her estranged husband, Grosso, 34, who was found dead Thursday night of an apparent gunshot wound when police searched his home. The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office said Friday night that Boyce’s death was the result of injuries from an edged weapon. Additional testing is under way. “Certainly, we can speculate that this pending divorce hearing may have played a part in the motive,” Madison police spokesman Joel DeSpain said. “But we’ll never know that for sure.” Boyce and Grosso, who were married in 2008 in St. Louis, had filed for divorce last March. She moved into her apartment in July. DeSpain said the couple had no record of domestic violence. Boyce’s stepmother, Dixie Boyce, 68, of Ballwin, said there was no indication of physical violence in their relationship. She said that Grosso “had hurt her very badly psychologically” before she left him, but that “Jennifer said that he wouldn’t hurt her. Jennifer Boyce, an only child, was very close to her father, Donald, 69, according to Dixie Boyce. Jennifer Boyce’s mother died of cancer when she was 13. Her father married her stepmother when she was 17. Jennifer Boyce was in Ballwin for the holidays and went back to Madison on New Year’s Day. Dixie Boyce said she and her husband were in disbelief when they received news of Jennifer’s death. “We were quite shocked,” she said softly. “She was loyal, funny and she was smart.” Jennifer Boyce attended St. Joseph Academy and received her undergraduate degree from Truman State University in Kirksville. She went on to St. Louis University for a master’s in epidemiology and was offered a grant from the CDC and placed in Madison, Dixie Boyce said. Jennifer Boyce was later hired by the Wisconsin public health department. Dixie Boyce said her stepdaughter met her husband at Lake of the Ozarks. His sister and brother-in-law live in O’Fallon, Mo. He later found a job in Madison, and they were married. “All of the (divorce) details were settled and they were to go court on Friday,” she said. “It seems he broke into her apartment early Wednesday and killed her. We just heard that he went to work afterward and was there part of the day, then shot himself.” Boyce said the family planned to bring her stepdaughter’s body back to St. Louis this week. Funeral arrangements are pending. Jennifer Boyce was an epidemiologist with the department of public health. “This is a tragic loss of a wonderfully talented and kind individual,” the department said in a statement Friday afternoon. “Jennifer was loved dearly by everyone she worked with, and our thoughts and prayers go with her and her family. Though she will be greatly missed, she left us with the best possible memories, which we will continue to cherish.” Gov. Scott Walker’s office also released a statement of condolences about Boyce’s death. ‘Very active person’ Boyce was an avid participant in endurance sports and competed in her first Ironman Wisconsin in 2011 because it fell on her 30th birthday, on Sept. 11 of that year. She also worked part-time at a branch of Endurance House, a triathlete specialty store in Madison. “Jenny was a very active person,” said Kyle Larson, who owns Endurance House East along with his wife, Michelle. “She was a very friendly person who always had time for people. “We’re still trying to come to grips with it. I don’t know that we will ever fully understand it. We’re all in shock and can’t believe that it happened.” If Boyce was feeling any particular anxiety in advance of her divorce’s becoming final, she never showed it around her Endurance House co-workers. “We knew that she was separated, but we didn’t know that anything was troubling her,” Larson said. Grosso, a graduate of the University of Illinois, was an analytical chemist at Virent, a Madison-based company that creates fuel from renewable resources. A Virent spokeswoman would confirm only that he worked there, but according to his profile on the social networking site LinkedIn, he had been with the company since September 2007. He also listed experience as a marine science technician with the Coast Guard from 2002 to 2007 Details emerge DeSpain said Boyce apparently was killed early Wednesday morning from multiple injuries. He declined to elaborate on the nature of her injuries. Police were not alerted until the next day when someone from management at her apartment reported that a glass door had been broken. When police began to attempt to make contact with Grosso, they became aware there were firearms inside his residence, DeSpain said. Police obtained a search warrant and brought in the SWAT team and a robot from the Dane County Bomb Squad to begin a methodical approach to the house. Once they were inside, Grosso was found dead with a shotgun nearby. Investigators were still trying to determine when he apparently killed himself. Police also recovered a loaded assault rifle, DeSpain said, adding there was nothing on Grosso’s record that would preclude him from owning firearmswww.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/murder-suicide-stuns-family-of-slu-grad/article_e8898dd7-9a5c-5596-b79a-4cf942e807bf.html

January 27, 2013 Couple dead in apparent murder-suicide following son's death SOMERSET, Ky. — Two grieving parents were supposed to lay their son to rest Wednesday, just a few days after he was killed in a car accident. The couple, however, never made it to their son’s funeral. Instead, Billy Eugene Baugh, 54, and Shirley Baugh, 53, of Somerset, were found dead -- the result of an apparent murder-suicide. “I never dreamed something like this would happen,” said a neighbor of the Baughs, who asked not to be identified. “I just talked to her (Shirley) on Sunday or Monday about what happened to Clarence (Baugh).” Pulaski County Sheriff Todd Wood said the couple died from gunshot wounds, and he said it appears Billy turned a handgun on Shirley first before killing himself. “This is just an absolute tragedy,” said Wood, about the circumstances surrounding the deaths. “They were preparing to bury their son (Clarence).” The neighbor said the Baughs were distraught over Clarence’s death. The 27-year-old died just after midnight Sunday after his car dropped off the road and overturned before going into a creek. “You see a lot of things in this profession, and this is one of the rare things you see,” Wood said. “Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone dealing with this.” mcalesternews.com/offbeatnews/x1303519178/Couple-dead-in-apparent-murder-suicide-following-sons-death

Murder-SuicideRise a Terrible Wake up Call for All According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention, more than 30,000 persons kill themselves each year. The CDC noted that in a significant number of these cases there was job loss or severe financial hardship. One mental health agency that tracks mental health referrals in California found that the number of such referrals leaped more than 200 percent in 2008. Nearly all of those seeking help suffered some type of financial hardship. In a grotesque irony, San Francisco Medical Center, owned by Kaiser, the Lupoe's employer, recently reported that psychiatric referrals had leaped more than 400 percent in 2008. The overwhelming majority of them were related to financial distress. The CDC expects the number of those severely financially strapped to rise as the economy continues to tank. Minorities have borne the brunt of the wave of job losses and home foreclosures. And mental health professionals warn that as the economy slides they expect to see a continued jump in the number of those seeking treatment for depression. While researchers say that unemployment alone does not cause suicide, losing a job combined with financial uncertainty, the loss of retirement savings, and the stress of overdue bills, and mortgage or rent payments can create the perfect storm for an individual to feel that suicide is the only way out, and that often includes taking the lives of his or her family. The murder-suicide of an entire family is the ultimate desperate act. And it's a dire warning to cities and counties, health professionals and employers that a financially stressed employee or former employee represents a potential powder keg, which can explode at any time. www.huffingtonpost.com/earl-ofari-hutchinson/murder-suicide-rise-a-ter_b_162046.html

The retired Caldwell police officer, 46, shot his wife, 43, and then himself in their Medford Road home, two high-level law-enforcement officials told The Star-Ledger. Parsippany police discovered the bodies after receiving a call at around 10 a.m., telling them that the former officer — who had been working at Novartis Pharmaceuticals since November and was a contractor for the company for the previous two years — failed to show up for his job. The door was locked when police went to the Andraka home, but officers could see a body on the couch, acting Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp said in a statement. Police forced their way into the home. "Both bodies were found in the family room, and each body had sustained a gunshot wound," Knapp said. www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2013/01/eighteen_days_before_apparent.html
