MISSING PERSON: Lawrence Andrew Minter, A.K.A. Larry, a White male, 37 years old at the time of disappearance, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair (shaved head) and hazel eyes.
TATTOOS: Larry has the name Shelly inside a heart shape on his back and a wizard on his back. He has a skull on his chest and hooded reapers and a woman’s face on his upper left arm. He also has a dragon on his right calf area.
DATE MISSING: July 9, 2007
NARRATIVE: On July 9, 2007, Larry Minter was last in the area of 27th Avenue and Union Hills Drive, Phoenix, Arizona. His vehicle was found unoccupied in the Lake Mead area. He has not been seen since and his family thinks that he might be lost and confused.
