Volunteers and law enforcement officers found the body of a De Smet man shortly after he was reported missing over the weekend.
The body was identified as that of Andrew S. Hawkins, 24.
Kingsbury County Chief Deputy Sheriff Kevin Scotting said Hawkins wandered away from a party early Saturday and was reported missing that afternoon.
A farmer spotted the body from his helicopter.
Scotting said Hawkins likely died from exposure but that the death is being investigated.

There's a happy ending this morning in the search for a missing southwest Minnesota woman.
20-year-old Halee Fransen hadn't been seen since she left the Marshall, Minnesota Hy-Vee Friday afternoon.
But late last night, Marshall police were notified that Fransen was found safe at a gas station in Burnsville, in the Twin Cities.
Police aren't releasing any other details about the case.

Police have released the name of the man who was found frozen near a Rapid City bridge. 32–year–old Sheldon Eugene Herrod of Oglala was found dead yesterday afternoon near the 6th Street Bridge, just north of Omaha street.
A passerby noticed the man and reported it to an officer in the area.
An autopsy is planned for later this week. Police say there were no obvious signs of a struggle, and no injuries, but a full investigation is under way.
