There's a reason LE decided to post the video of the nephew backing into the driveway, and especially now it seems to be of great importance. This case has been going on for awhile now, and all of a sudden there's renewed interest in it with this video.
One thing I did take notice of, is when the nephews SUV was parked on the street behind Will's truck. One part of the video has the nephew at the front of his truck bending down as if he dropped something. I thought it was possibly his keys, but right there in particular there could be something like blood. Had he done something to Will, he may have had some blood on his hand and when he dropped the keys or whatever, he may have left a blood drop behind.
It's speculation of course, but there's something in that video that is putting pressure on the nephew, I'll bet my life on it.

Just watching the Crime Watch video again, things that I noted:
1. Detective R says "he didn't go of his own free will"
2. Detective R says "around noon two individuals are seen leaving the residence, and driving away"
3. Will is spoted on video at the Seven 11, wearing what looks like dark jeans and a grey sweatshirt with some sort of advertising on the front, and a brownish jacket.
4. Left behind keys, wallet, credit cards, key AND cell phone.

Deputies say nephew is 'person of interest' in missing Santa Clarita man caseThe wife of 58-year-old missing man William Cierzan says she knew all along what sheriff deputies now are making public. Sheriff Deputies now say William's nephew, Daniel Cierzan, is their prime person of interest. Detectives confirm surveillance video - which they didn't want released - shows Daniel leaving their home in a truck on January 26th when William disappeared. They say blood samples they recently got back from inside and outside their Santa Clarita home belong to the Magic Mountain employee. That information coupled with a now $20 thousand dollar reward gives deputies hope anyone who knows anyone about the nephew will come forward. Four months later, his wife still maintains hope he is alive. "He's alive. I feel it. I feel it in my heart. I just know he's alive," says Linda. The family is having a vigil for William at Magic Mountain on Monday at 7 p.m. they want to remind people they are still searching for him. That day is also William's birthday. www.foxla.com/news/local-news/254370032-storyLike we didn't ALL see this one coming....
