Fairfax County police are looking for a missing woman who was last seen Monday and whose car was found near her work.
Laura D. McIntyre, 42, was last seen leaving her Springfield, Va., home on Cather Road Monday at about 9 p.m. She was thought to be headed to her job in the Herndon area, but hasn't been heard from or seen.
McIntyre was last seen driving a dark blue 2008 Scion SUV with Virginia tags KFH- 2246. Her car was found in the Fox Mill Shopping Center near her work.
McIntyre is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and around 175 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants and an aqua blue, short-sleeve V-neck T-shirt.
Anyone with information about McIntyre or who may have seen her SUV should call police at 703-246-7526, 703-691-2131 or Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.
It's also possible to text "TIP187" plus a message to CRIMES/274637.
