According to police, Runyon was discovered missing from her home in the first block of Rosetree Lane at approximately 6:50 a.m. It appeared that she left home on foot without her purse or cell phone. She has not returned to the residence and has not contacted her family since. A search by police officers, a bloodhound from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and New Jersey State Police helicopter failed to locate her. According to police, Runyon works in Trenton and frequents the Hopewell/Lambertville area where she boards her horse. Runyon is most likely on foot or using public transit at this time, police said. Runyon has been entered as a missing person in the National Crime Information Center computer system. Anyone who may have seen her or has with information her whereabouts is asked to contact the Lawrence Township Police Department at 609-896-1111. Martha Runyon, 60, was described by police as a white woman with shoulder-length blonde hair. Police say she is 5-foot, 8-inches tall and about 130 pounds. She has blue eyes and a fair complexion. nj1015.com/lawrence-police-search-for-missing-woman/Attachments:
