MISSING PERSON: Baltazar Lopez, hispanic male, 36 years old at time of disappearance, 5’06” tall, 170 pounds, brown eyes, and black hair. Baltazar has a tattoo of the name “Soledad” on his left chest. He has a small scar on the right side of his forehead and a mole near his left eye. He now has a goatee. CLOTHING: Beige t-shirt with the letters “LA” in blue on the front, beige shorts, black sneakers, white socks and a beige baseball cap. DATE MISSING: April 27, 2008 at approximately 5:15 P.M. NARRATIVE: On April 27, 2008, at approximately 5:15 P.M., Baltazar Lopez was last seen driving his truck in the area of North 69th Avenue and West Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona. With him was a friend named Azaren Cordova (01/01/72), who is also missing. They were possibly on their way to Casa Grande, Arizona, to look at a vehicle. Baltazar’s vehicle was found burned and unoccupied a few days later near Casa Grande. Foul play is suspected in the disappearance of both Baltazar and Azaren.
