Mamamia disregard the goose pic art of BTL being on JG's photos/art.. I think I remembered it from researching serial killer art a few weeks ago..

I'll check in later tonight. Got a call today (for my charity) and have to get several things together for a hospital - have to get down to business for a few days. But I will be in and out of here! TTYL

Verify what? Not sure when he went to mental facility. I'd have to say before military which he joined in Match of 1997. If it was while he was in military he would have been in military institution. And if he joined in March of 97 bootcamp is 8 weeks. So that would have been till probably may-june 97. He would NOT have been allowed to leave boot camp. As far as temp agency only hiring temp work that is not true. He could have had any type of schedule. A lot of oilfield companies go through temp agencies to hire. Less work for them. I know some that do 7/7, 14/14. 28/7, and some that are just on call and go when they are needed. The can come in one day and go back out again the next. They are gonna have to check all logs to see where he was & when. Will probably take time. I served basic & AIT infantry training at FT. Polk & if my memory is correct, if we didn't have guard or kp duty, we were allowed weekend passes to go to lake charles, & Leesville, etc. So he would have had weekend passes?

Cajunlady, did you ever enquire about where this cemetery be-tah-boy would be? That's aparently what it sounds like when someone says the name, but it's probably spelled differently. I have looked and looked and not able to find anything that even closely matches it.

'White male driving a white truck'? dejavu or coincidence? DNA results throw the BR SK investigation into a tailspin. 'How can so many witnesses who say they saw a white male driving a white truck'? "Could there have be 3 serial killers active in Baton Rouge simutaneously; DTL, Gillis, BSL"? 'Was the BR Serial Killer Task Force so desperate to make an arrest in the Baton Rouge Serial Killer investigation that they attributed all the victims to DTL, while ignoring other possible predators in their midst'? SK Sean Vincent Gillis, was active, yet remained stealth. Why not BS Lavergne, too?? Have a break from homework thank god! just watched the video scary..I have never understood this seeing a white guy thing when DTL is clearly black so I think the chances are very good that someone else is and/or was a SK at that time.

I don't think during basic...AIT maybe but I think during basic training they keep ya on a pretty tight leash.

I'm wondering if the place that we gave the tip on was searched today. I sure hope so. I'm also hoping that some enlightenment hits me soon, because I'm all out of ideas.

Once he was out of basic training I would say yes. He would have freedom to go when not on duty.

Yeah mesbra, it seems that a white man doesn't turn out to be a black man overnight, but in that case that's exactly what happened.

Sorry put that in the wrong thread lol. Anyway..............Found this to be a thought provoking statement, even though I'm certain that the cars hadn't been moved in quite awhile and so the grass had probably grown up around them, or at least weeds. But I'll tell ya, this is food for thought. What better way to hide a grave, pull an old car over it, then let the grass grow.

I'm sitting here looking at salvage yards, and I see one off Cameron St, east of N University Ave. Louisiana Scrap Metal Recycling2200 Cameron Street Lafayette, LA 70506 This place is on 90, if you take a left off Eraste Landy St. Huge place on the right on Cameron, it doesn't look like there are any gates to block anyone from driving around the place. Has anyone ever been there to see how open that place is to the public. On this maptinyurl.com/bl7pxtkThen there is this place further down Cameron, around a sharp bend called D & L Recycling.6212 Cameron Street Scott, LA 70583 On this maptinyurl.com/bl7pxtk

It used to be open, but now law requires salvage yards to have fences around them. I do know they have gates in the front, I can't recall if they always close then at night, but this is a very busy salvage yard. You can pass during the day and there is always a line of ppl waiting to dump things. Would seem like someone would have noticed/smelled something. D&L is not very large would be hard to hide something there. It is more for recycling aluminum & copper & other metals. Doesn't really have a big unused yard.

Also, looking further on from Lafayette, are there any others? There's one around the 4800 block of Cameron. Also a couple right near there off of Galbert Rd. That is a big area for salvage yards. I know of at least 6-7 in that area. All within about a mile or so of each other.

I mean, say he knew someone who worked there, could he have convinced someone to crush a car the next day? I'm just trying to think out of the box of where he could have put here inside Lafayette, and have a friend help he get rid of it the next day. Remember LE was asking anyone to keep their eyes out for any video up until 3:00am.

Here are the ones in the area that I can think of. They have a couple of others that are now shut down because they failed to put a fence. Not much left there as they had to be cleaned out. goo.gl/maps/JHzUT

Not much left there as they had to be cleaned out. goo.gl/maps/JHzUTGuess it's hard to say if he knew someone. Anything is possible. But thats taking a chance of someone ratting him out. I just don't think he would have taken that chance. JMO. Now the Yard off of Galbert is huge. I have never seen them smash cars there. Don't think they have the capability. Just a huge junk yard. But I do know that one has a gate and is closed & locked if its not during business hours.
