I've been watching this case closely but hadn't added her to the newly missing, sorry about that.www.facebook.com/findalyciayeoman/Yeoman, 20, was last seen on Thursday, March 30, and friends say it’s not like her to suddenly stop communicating, although authorities have not found evidence of foul play. She was last seen “driving down Romero Street in Yuba City,” the television station reported. According to People Magazine, when spotted, Yeoman was “alone behind the wheel of her green 1998 Toyota Tacoma as she left a home in nearby Yuba City, California, about 11 p.m. on Thursday” March 30. The first clue in the case: Police “pinged Yeoman’s phone at 4:30 a.m. Monday” April 3, which “showed that it was in an empty field across the street from the Yuba City Walmart,”. Fox40 reported that Yeoman’s cell phone was eventually found “in the same general area as her truck.” Authorities Found Yeoman’s Truck With a Single Set of Footprints Leading From It. Authorities have not yet if those footprints match Yeoman. Authorities said it appeared that the truck “was driven down a levee and became mired in mud, with a single set of footprints walking away from it,” reported People. Farm workers said the truck had been in the Live Oak orchard for several days and hadn’t been moved. heavy.com/news/2017/04/alycia-yeoman-missing-found-alicia-photos-facebook-yuba-college-student-suspect/m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1343441082388896&id=465630086836671&_rdr

Body found: undetermined if linked to Yeoman caseLIVE OAK, Calif. - The Sutter County Sheriff's Office said a body was recovered in the Feather River on Sunday. At this time, deputies said they haven't determined whether or not it's connected to 20-year-old Gridley woman Alycia Yeoman's disappearance. They said around 12:46 p.m. Sunday, an angler called the dispatch center about a body they had seen south of the Live Oak Recreational Park boat launch in the Feather River. The Sheriff's Office boat patrol found a body, but deputies said the coroner will conduct an examination to figure out the cause of death and identity. Alycia Yeoman was last seen March 30, driving away from a friend's house in Yuba City. www.krcrtv.com/news/local/butte/body-found-undetermined-if-linked-to-yeoman-case/488386516

Sadly this article pretty much tells me that it's Aly. The wording is just telling. They don't indicate if the body is male or female, but they say they need to find the "identity" and "cause of death". If this wasn't a woman I think they would have said so because they know people are on pins and needles, and would have them immediately assumed this was indeed Aly. They want to make damn sure the family knows before ANYONE else. Body found near Live Oak park where crews searched for missing college student in AprilThe Sutter County Sheriff’s Office said a body was found Sunday afternoon in the Feather River near Live Oak, but officials have yet to determine if it was Aly Yeoman, who has been missing since March 30. In a press release, sheriff’s officials said the body was found by an angler around 12:46 p.m. and later recovered just south of the Live Oak Recreational Park boat launch. The park sits at the end of Pennington Road, the same road near the orchard where Yeoman’s car and phone were found last month. The park was also the staging area for search and rescue teams looking for Yeoman in early April. “At this time, it is undetermined if the decedent is connected to the Aly Yeoman missing person case,” the department said. A forensic investigation is under way to determine the identity of the body and cause of death, the sheriff’s office said. Yeoman, a 20-year-old Yuba College student, was reported missing March 30 from the Live Oak area. Her disappearance brought her hometown of Gridley together during an emotional month-long “Hope Vigil” that started when she went missing. A “Find Alycia Yeoman” Facebook page has been set up, with messages like, “Our hearts are broken beyond words...” and photos of a young Aly surrounded by friends. Her family has offered a reward for $50,000 for information about her disappearance and launched a GoFundMe page that has raised more than $12,000. www.sacbee.com/news/local/crime/article149214559.html

Well here I go again, trying to put pieces of this puzzle together. Just so many questions and observations that I have. Today I thought we would have heard if the body that was found was indeed Aly, but so far nothing. How did we go from her leaving Michael Lizarraga's home last seen at 11 p.m.www.kcra.com/article/exclusive-last-person-believed-to-have-seen-yeoman-speaks-out/9615795 a little tipsy but in good spirits, to a girl just mins later driving up the road at a high rate of speed, driving AROUND a fence almost tipping the truck over, www.myhighplains.com/news/ransom-demands-follow-students-disappearance/688005142in such a hurry to go where exactly? Who might have been camping out there near the boat launch that she knew? Had to have been a reason she drove out there, you just don't do all that she did to go sit by yourself. And had someone else driven out there, they ALSO would have had to drive AROUND that gate, and also would have been caught on that cam video.
At first when I viewed that video, I was SURE in my own mind that it couldn't have been her driving it, just because of the way that truck seemed to race up the road, then never thought twice about the gate being there, and seemed to not think twice about having enough space to drive around it, almost as if they had done this before. Then there's the single set of footprints walking away in the mud. To me they have always looked like my wedged healed shoes. www.kcra.com/article/missing-yuba-college-students-phone-found-near-truck/9230813 I wonder if like I would do, leave somewhere then before you do anything else, check your text messages and calls. Her last text or call might be very telling because she went from sleepy and needing to go home, to racing up the road and directly into an orchard.

Live Oak Park & Recreation Areawww.co.sutter.ca.us/doc/government/depts/pw/pw_live_oak_parkHours of Operation For boat launching and day use: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The campground is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The gates close at 9:00 p.m. and open at 6:00 a.m. This is what I'd been wondering about, the area is indeed a campground, so people would have been out there camping. Who might have been out there that Aly knew. Also that gate that she drove around would have been the gate that was closed at 9:00 and not opened again until 6:00am.www.co.sutter.ca.us/Contents/images/live_oak_park_aerial.jpg

The first time I watched Mike L's interview nothing jumped out at me as him being deceptive. I've now watched it two more times, and here's my observations.1. If this get together was nothing special, why did Aly just happen to have a bottle of wine with her? 2. He says that he didn't know who she was texting while they talked and sipped wine. 3. Had Aly made a right turn out of Mike's place that would lead her to Butte House Rd, and just about a mile away is the Walmart and across the road is an open field where her cell phone pinged. I think that ping was at Mike's. I would like to have a time that they got the ping. (Police pinged Yeoman's phone at 4:30 a.m. Monday, which showed that it was in an empty field across the street from the Yuba City Walmart on Harter Parkway, near Oro Ranch Road), wow. So 5 days it was around that field. www.kcra.com/article/yuba-college-student-reported-missing-from-gridley/9225137www.actionnewsnow.com/story/35051858/yuba-college-student-from-gridley-missing-for-72-hours4. He's arrogant to the max. He's really attempting to make us believe that it wasn't a date. She wanted to sit in a quiet spot, he directed her to the bar area instead. 5. I'm trying really hard to believe him, but something is just off for me. I don't know what it is. www.kcra.com/article/exclusive-last-person-believed-to-have-seen-yeoman-speaks-out/96157956. So Aly went missing on Thursday They pinged her phone on Monday So for 5 days that phone stayed around ML home Her cell phone was recovered on Monday evening near her truck. fox40.com/2017/04/04/police-missing-woman-alycia-yeomans-cell-phone-found/Someone was busy on Monday....just sayinHas this become a publicity stunt to him?

People that were at his home that night included the nephew who Aly used to go out with. My mind is now wondering where he went and when he left Mikes home that night. I guess he might have left with Mikes son. Mike may not have had anything to do with this. Just my opinion right now.

The facts as we have found through our own investigating show she stopped using her cell phone around 9:30PM.He says that he didn't know who she was texting while they talked and sipped wine. Might the time that she stopped texting be when Mike went to take his daughter home? Aly went with them. But if that was the last use of her phone, then Houston we have a problem.

Going thru various facebooks to see who's connected to whom.Hombre Lizarraga - is heartbroken over the news of Aly - Is Hombre Mike? - his facebook www.facebook.com/thathombre?pnref=storyMy God it is Mike, and he's cryin the blues, "Lawd why are you testing ME". Um...Mike...it's Aly's who's not on this earth anymore. You ain't goin thru shit.

Ok now that my rant is over - who the hell is this nephew and what's Mike's sons name who was hanging with them that night.

Austin Lizarraga I think this is the nephew, as I read down thru his facebook. www.facebook.com/austin.lizarraga.3?pnref=storyHowever it would seem that this guy is only 20. I think on the interview that he did, he said that his nephew is 23. So might be another nephew.

I'm really bothered by where the truck ended up, it veered clear off the levee.
Whoever had been driving it was so sure and seemed skillful enough to go around that post then it would have been a straight shot down the levee but it runs off the road? Almost like the driver was distracted in some way by something, and swerved off the levee. Could someone else have been inside driving and Aly hurt inside? She could have come to and grabbed the driver.
I'm thinking back to the Mickey Shunick case where that's exactly what happened inside the perps truck.
Then that would mean the one set of footprints would have not been Aly's because they would have carried her. She had on black and white sneakers that night, and to me those prints didn't look like sneakers.
And what would have been left inside the truck that normally someone wouldn't leave? Her purse would be one, keys maybe? Wouldn't it be something if she had left her shoes....just thinking as I type. They dropped that little hint about what was left behind in the truck for a reason.
I wonder if the driver left something behind.

And one other thing....that video of the truck driving onto the levee. I saw the puff of smoke, I ran that video back and forth so many times to make sure that's what I was seeing, the video froze my computer. Whoever was driving was also smoking.
Is it possible they left a cig butt behind? I never knew Aly smoked, it's never been stated anywhere.

Things with Mike just keep on getting odder and odder. Today he posted a missing person from 2013 - Samuel Pharis: Missing from Yuba. This is the story, and why would he publicly post this on his FB? What's he wanting us to know or to see other than the obvious Feather River connections, a truck, articles left in the truck and no body. The father of a man reported missing in Yuba County in June is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the location of his son. Samuel Pharis, 21, from Yuba City, Calif. was reported missing on June 14 and hasn’t been seen since June 13. His car was located stuck and abandoned in the Feather River river-bottom in Yuba County on June 16. According to the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department’s press release, the vehicle was found locked and the key were not with the vehicle. The release also indicated Pharis’ cell phone and other belongings were discovered inside the car. The Yuba County Sheriff Dept., Search and Rescue, the Posse, dogs, and hundreds of volunteers searched the air and land with relatively no clues. The search of the water areas is also coming up with nothing. The area where the vehicle was found has been searched by air and foot, but to no avail. Pharis is 5’11”, 150lbs with blond hair and blue eyes. The department continues to follow up on all leads and the Department is asking anyone with information concerning Pharis’ whereabouts to contact the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department at (530) 749-7779. www.missingpersonsofamerica.com/2013/07/01/samuel-pharis-missing-from-yuba/He's never posted anything missing persons in his FB other than Aly.

So tonight I'm going all the way back to the beginning of the case and reading to see anything that I've missed. I've found a few things, one early interviews with CNN, and there's some info here that I've not heard before.1. (friends father?) was she that good of friends with Mike's son or daughter? why would they put it that way? 2. BANFIELD: OK. So I want to play something from Lieutenant James Casner with the Sutter County sheriff`s office because he described the scene -- which I think everybody wants to know, what are the details of that truck because that`s sort of the last spot we know she may have been. And here is what he had to say about that. (climbing IN AND OUT of it? but only one set of footprints walking away. is the reason for climbing in and out of it the fact that whoever was driving it was attempting to push it and drive, trying to get it unstuck? 3. MARIE NAPOLI, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, I think so. And what I find very strange is that the one set of footprints, if they were hers, why are they searching the house? If those footprints were hers, they would be searching the area where the truck is, not having a search warrant for the house. (there's a point that I hadn't even thought of) transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1704/06/ptab.01.html

Leo Amonte - this kid gives me the creeps for some reason, and his injecting himself into the case so fast has me wondering. he talks a lot on this video, and about things that have no relevance such as the fact that they were getting back together, why even say something like that? he's just really fast about letting everyone know that HE'S HER BOYFRIEND. no one has asked where he was that night, well I'm sure LE has been no one else seems to be noticing that he's right there upfront in everyones face. if he's been stalking her, as I've heard he was doing, did he know where she was the night she went missing, did HE follow her? he's really also fast to try and convince everyone that those were INDEED her footprints.kron4.com/2017/04/05/missing-northern-california-womans-cell-phone-found/

I'm still very confused as to why whoever was driving the truck would take Cooley Rd and not Pennington. At the end of Pennington there are 3 gates. The truck ended up off road almost right there at the one gate that would lead onto Pennington but down into the field. Perhaps the plan was to ditch the truck right there in the field where it ended up? Y'all need to bring up a map and take a really close look at the two roads if you haven't done it yet, because where it ended up is so close to another gate that would lead onto Pennington that would have had to have been gone around, so why not just use Pennington in the first place.
What was the planned destination of the truck is what I'm asking right now. There's something telling here but I'll be damned if my mind can figure it out.

Well once again here it is 2:00am and everytime I close me eyes, I wonder about Aly. Even though Mike says that he walked her OUT, that doesn't mean he actually walked her to her truck, he may just have walked her to his door, opened it and stood there until she walked to her truck.
Could someone possibly Leo, have been hiding inside her truck, or in the truck bed.
There was really no time from the time she left Mikes to the time the truck is seen going onto the levee for anyone to stop her, it was exactly 15 min from the time she left Mikes. He may have been off by 10 min or so of knowing the exact moment that she left his place, but that video doesn't lie.
Then there's the camp host, who lives so close to where her truck ended up, how did he not hear a revving engine? If it was her that was driving the truck, and had she known that the camp hosts place was that close, wouldn't she have walked to it?
There wasn't enough time for anyone to harm her in that 15 min it took to drive from Mikes to the levee. To me this isn't looking good for Mike, and I'm trying to think of alternatives. Then there's the cell phone ping in Yuba City, then the phone ends up on the levee behind where the truck sunk.
So, the truck is stuck, is she alive inside it? And if she is, how does she get from there to the boat dock? She had to be alive, there was no damn time for someone to hurt her. This is maddening.
