Missing Marysville woman 'aware of her surroundings'A Marysville woman who went missing last week with her 21-month-old son has less serious mental and hearing disabilities than previously reported, according to police. Heather Till, 35, who moved to Yuba County from Sacramento about 10 months ago, is apparently a high school graduate, said Sgt. Chris Sachs of the Marysville Police Department. "She is aware of her surroundings and makes conscious decisions," Sachs said. She is partially deaf. The source of the new information about Till "has known her for quite some time," he said. Till, who lives with a married couple at 623 F St., was seen Wednesday morning wearing a black leather jacket and pushing her son, Rylie Andrew Till, in a double stroller. She has family in Sacramento and had been trying to reach her mother prior to her disappearance, according to someone who knew her locally, Sachs told the Appeal-Democrat. www.appeal-democrat.com/news/till-122559-sachs-marysville.html

The search for a missing Marysville woman and her baby came to a positive conclusion Monday morning when the two were located safe and unharmed. Heather Till, 35, and her 21-month-old son Rylie Till had last been seen leaving her friends' home on F Street around 8:30 a.m. and heading to the bus stop where she planned to get a ride to the Social Security Office in Yuba City, Marysville police said. Till moved to Marysville from Sacramento about 10 months ago; she has no family in the area and was staying with a married couple. "I don't know where she's at. I'm worried about her." said Tom Rogers, her friend. "I do believe she's too trusting of people." Sunday night, police said Till had possibly tried to call her mother in Sacramento after she borrowed a phone from a local business. They say someone may have picked Till up from Yuba City, but they didn't know who, and they hadn't had any luck reaching Till's mother. Police did not say where Till was during her disappearance. auburn.news10.net/news/news/109518-update-missing-marysville-woman-baby-found-safe
