This is the pic, Mary. I am the one who gave it to you on PCF weeks ago. Top of the page: www.facebook.com/jcoenI feel like I am looking at her ghost. This photo really, really bothers me. If there are woods near chicot that are not very populated, there might be evidence at least connected to someone . yes, when i first saw this one a while back it startled me...i wanted to know where it was for sure, but more importantly the scene..the way the sun is shining down on her and the placement of her left hand says a lot to me...shes saying something here...

Ya know, this goofball's mother lives in Rayne, I just wonder about the home and surroundings. I believe this is mama: LAVERGNE, CYNTHIA BURLEIGH 922 OLGA ST. P.O. BOX 1048 RAYNE, LA 70578 Since we have no way of knowing whether the adoption was legal or back-door, does anyone think the molestation case would have been in the papers??

but hey ....i sure would love to find the real info. I have his birthday for our SuperSleuths who can access birth records. I won't pay to do so.
Jan 8 1979.
...and I would bet on Acadia Parish. Possibly St Landry. Louisiana birth records are kept by parish.

I really doubt that you would find it online. I know that the only way I was able to get my origional birth record was to go directly to our state office that handles birth records, and it was only by mistake that I was able to get it. When I went there, all I needed was my birth certificate and asked for that, and the lady that was waiting on me went to look and came back and asked me which one I wanted because I had two. The origional and the one with my adoption on it. So I was able to pay for both that day.

He must have a discharge for some freaky thing from the Army. The regimentation alone would make him angry.

from this time line I am concocting over here it looks like he was in the army for just a handful of months Such a small time?? Dishonorable discharge?? That used to be in courthouse records. This is my timeline from that period, so far: April 1999, he had earned his GED and was serving in the Army at Fort Polk. April 12, 1999 - 1:30 am - rape in Reddell, north of Mamou

BSL, is possibly up there with the Hannibals. He exibits the traits, but we may need to slow down a little. Cannibalism is not uncommon among ritualistic sadistical serial killers and ironically cannibalism can lead to a psychopathic personality. Not that BSL needs any help in that department. Although I agree that European conceptualizations of First Nations were exaggerated, the name Attakapas for a local tribe who's range extended from the Teche to the Sabine meant man-eater in Choctaw. Just sayin... This sheds a whole new light on the meaning of Attakapas...one of the "dings" i was stuck on for a while...i was considering location but this info is mind blowing...yikes o rama!

Possibly St Landry. Louisiana birth records are kept by parish. I though they're sealed. I have a friend who looked for his son, found him, but couldn't access the birth record of his own child w/out court order. (he wasnt married to mother)LA is freaky that way. In order to get cause of death on a certificate you have to be the child of the descendent or an MD

Any chance he could have a hiding spot or "comfort area" in Sunset, LA? It's 15 miles from Lafayette down I-49 and that's where Cynthia Lavergne is from (according to her fb).

University (hwy 182 n.)- if it is him, puts him headed a) to I-10 and he goes west towards Acadia parish, he goes east towards I-49 and heads north towards Opelousas (St. Landry parish) or - highly doubtful - south, or continues east to WB then possibly back roads back to hwy 190 on to Churchpoint/Lawtell. OR b) he stays northbound on 182 and takes any of a number of backroads up into St. Landry parish. Does this help? Triangulate Acadia to the west, St. Landry to the north and St. Martin to the east around Lafayette parish and this should give you a good area of possibilities.
